YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

RISING STARS
The Rising Stars program is about inspiring a lifelong love of sport in our youngest athletes - the U8, U10, and U12 age groups.
Designed to introduce kids to the fun and fundamentals of track and field, the program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and confidence through age-appropriate events and activities. From sprints and jumps to throws and relays, Rising Stars encourages participation, effort, and sportsmanship above all else.
It’s the perfect starting line for kids to discover their potential, make new friends, and fall in love with movement, because every champion starts somewhere!

ON VS. QC U16 DUAL MEET
A fun competition between the provinces of Ontario and Québec, this annual event is one of the most anticipated on the indoor calendar.
In addition to providing U16 athletes the chance to represent their province and experience the excitement of a team environment, the meet features a friendly scoring format, emphasizing development within the Train to Train athlete pathway.
The qualification period is officially underway, and both the athlete declaration portal and team staff applications are now open. We encourage all athletes, coaches, and parents to review the full Athlete Selection Criteria and/or Team Staff Selection Criteria to understand the requirements and deadlines before submitting their declaration. Note: All athletes interested in being selected for the team MUST declare by the deadline (no exceptions).
Good luck to all athletes and team staff. We can’t wait to see who will represent Team Ontario and take on Québec in Montréal as we look to defend the title!
