The London Western Track & Field Club is seeking a full-time Head Coach. The successful applicant would assume the role of head coach with the London-Western track and field club, working with existing volunteer coaches. He/she would be expected to develop
their own group in their area of expertise, ensure talent identification and athlete training for the correct event for both para and able-bodied athletes, improve the level of athlete performance, improve communication and opportunities for all club coaches and athletes, while providing a safe and positive environment for training and competitions.
