The University of Toronto's Varsity Blues Track & Field and Cross Country Club is looking for a full-time Head Coach. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the University’s track & field and cross country operations within established University guidelines, policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to student athlete recruitment, track and field program athlete management, human resources and financial management, sport development, student athlete development, alumni relations, community development, ensuring safe sport compliance and acting as a technical resource.
