Are you interested in attending one of the AO Provincial Championships as a photographer, videographer or media representative? If so, we’d love to host you! Receiving media credentials to access the full field of play is easy!

Complete the following 2026 Outdoor Championship Media Release Form and submit it via the form below. Media applications must be submitted a minimum of five (5) days before the start of the championship meet you’d like to attend. Please note that events are subject to change, and some championship dates and/or venues may still be pending confirmation.

Please note that details of the 2027 indoor championships will be added at the end of the outdoor and/or cross-country season. A new 2027 Media Release Form will be available when the details are confimred and this page will be updated. 

• To see the full list of competitions, including sanctioned meets and AO Championships, click HERE. Please note that AO is not responsible for media credentials for non-AO-hosted meets. For those meets, please contact the meet organizer(s).

• Note: Media credentials for the 2027 Athletics Canada Indoor Nationals and 2027 Canadian/Ontario Masters Indoor Championships will be managed separately. Details will be available soon.

• IMPORTANT: COACHES AND PARENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION.
