2027 Ontario Relay Championship & U16 ON vs. QC Selections

The Ontario Relay Championship and U16 ON vs. QC U16 Selections Meet is back at the Toronto Track & Field Centre, and will be held in conjunction with Winter Mini Meet 1.

Relay Championship scheduled for January 9 & 10, 2027.
New registration deadlines established.
Early Bird Deadline: Four Thursdays before the start of the championship.
Regular Deadline: Two Thursdays before the start of the championship.
Late Registration Deadline: Thursday prior to the championship.
All athletes registering for Athletics Ontario Championships must hold a competitive membership with their national federation. Out of country athletes must contact operations@athleticsontario.ca to register. Out of counrtry athletes should have their member number from their federation in order to expedite their registration process.

Early Bird Deadline
- First Event: $15 plus HST and processing fees.
- Additional Event: $10 plus HST and processing fees.
- Early Bird Registration Deadline: Thursday, December 17, 2026 @ 11:59pm ET
Regular Deadline
- First Event: $25 plus HST and processing fees.
- Additional Event: $15 plus HST and processing fees.
- Regular Registration Deadline: Monday, January 4, 2027 @ 11:59pm ET
Late Deadline
- $35 per event plus HST and processing fees.
- Late Registration Deadline: Thursday, January 7, 2027 @ 10:00am ET
CANADIAN Coaches

Coaches registered with their Provincial branch of Athletics Canada in the current competition year can register HERE for a championship coaching pass.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE: You must register by 11:59pm on Thursday before the championship.

LATE FEE: Coaches who do NOT register bu the deadline may be subject to a $25 fee to receive a Coaches pass for this event.
Out of Country Coaches

Must email OPERATIONS to request a Coaching Pass

NOTE: Only coaches who are registered with their national athletics federation and supply their membership number are eligible for passes.

USATF coaches can check their membership on the USATF Coach registry.

Rules to Keep in Mind for this Competition
Signlets/Club Uniforms
Rule 143 in the AO Procedures and Technical rules outline that athletes may only wear uniforms/singlets representing clubs that are in good standing.
Non-club uniforms should be plain with minimal company advertising.
Scoring
Relays for the U14, U16, U18, U20, and Senior age groups will be compiled for the Overall Club Banner.
Check-In
There is no call room for this competition. Athletes in relays are required to check-in with officials by the 60m start line 15-minutes before the start of each relay.
Relay teams will receive relay bibs for their races.
Relay Only Athletes
All athletes must be registered for the competition no later than the Late Registration Deadline. No day of athlete entries.
Clubs can enter their relay only athletes through Trackie by checking the box "This registrant is competing in a relay ONLY" when registering their athletes for the competition.
If you are having complications with relay only athletes, please contact operations@athleticsontario.ca to resolve them as soon as possible.
