Athletics Ontario is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the 2nd annual induction ceremony into the "Athletics Ontario Hall of Fame" on Saturday October 30, 2010. This event will be held in conjunction with the Annual Awards Banquet, "Celebrating Excellence in Athletics".

Athletics Ontario wishes to recognize past outstanding achievements and contributions to athletics (track and field, road running, cross country and race walking) in Ontario. These contributions are not limited to athletic achievements, but may also represent dedication in the areas of coaching, officiating, or builders of the sport. Our sport has been blessed with countless people who have dedicated much of their time, energy, expertise and athleticism to help make it what it is today. Many children look up to these people as role models, sources of inspiration, teachers, mentors, friends and competitors.
